Challenge

One of the challenges we encountered during this project was the involvement of the entire family. To capture authentic and relatable moments, we worked with young models who had no previous experience in the modeling industry. Although this added some extra time to the process, the end results were undoubtedly worth it.

Another challenge we faced was working within a fully occupied hotel during the shoot. However, through meticulous planning and attention to detail, we ensured minimal disruption to the guests while still achieving the desired outcomes.

Actions speak louder than words Sometimes, it requires both intelligence and hard work! In this particular case, the hotel had an impressive and luxurious ambiance. However, the unfavorable weather cast a gloomy shadow, making the rooms appear dark and somber. To overcome this challenge and achieve better outcomes, we employed the use of bright and wide lenses, along with professional lighting setups positioned outside the building.

As a result, the rooms were transformed into inviting spaces, radiating warmth and cosiness.

Furthermore, we rescheduled the outdoor shots for a rain-free day to capture the hotel’s exterior in its full glory.

Objective:

Our mission was to showcase this intimate and inviting hotel, which boasts a charming ambiance and exceptional comfort. Our target audience primarily consists of families and individuals seeking a cozy retreat.

Strategy

Our strategy revolved around highlighting the hotel's most compelling features, namely its outstanding cuisine and exceptionally comfortable rooms, in order to emphasize the property's unique appeal. Additionally, we captured images of guests enjoying the various facilities to showcase the exceptional service provided to visitors.

Challenge

During the planning phase of the photo shoot, we carefully selected the locations, models, and organised the schedule. However, we did not anticipate the significant challenge posed by unfavorable weather conditions.

Fortunately, we were well-prepared for such circumstances. In order to create a summery atmosphere, despite the inclement weather, we strategically positioned rain-proof film lights outside the building to simulate the warm glow of the sun.

During the photo session, the hotel owner entered the sunlit room and inquired, "When did the sun come out? It has been raining throughout my entire journey here."

Our assignment encompassed capturing the essence of the new interiors and creating a comprehensive package of advertising materials.

Strategy

To execute our strategy, we employed HDR techniques and leveraged the stunning lighting conditions to capture a series of captivating photographs showcasing the diverse range of rooms and delectable dishes offered by the hotel.

Recognising the importance of timing, we maximized the perfect lighting available on that day, ensuring that every moment was utilised intelligently to seize the window of opportunity.

Challenge

The challenge we faced was the absence of real-life customers and guests during the shoot, as it took place before the reopening of the hotel.

This required us to think creatively and adapt our approach. However, we rose to the occasion and delivered exceptional results, effectively showcasing the hotel's services through inventive means.
